The Role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Compliance Assistant to support the effective delivery of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a key part in ensuring quality processes are consistently applied, regulatory and GDP requirements are met, and continuous improvement is driven across operations.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will supervise and support Quality Compliance Assistants, acting as a vital link between quality strategy and day-to-day operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the CAPA process, including review and approval of deviation reports and associated documentation
- Monitor and approve site calibration activities and records
- Ensure adherence to training schedules and staff competency requirements
- Coordinate mapping schedules and approve validation documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of CAPAs following audits
- Work closely with the Quality Manager, Quality Assessment Manager, and Responsible Person
- Conduct onboarding and annual performance reviews of outsourced providers
- Lead, manage, and develop the Quality team
- Ensure compliance with WDA(H) licence requirements
- Safeguard product integrity through robust operational practices
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System
- Ensure all equipment is tested, maintained, and GDP compliant
- Monitor and review storage and distribution conditions across all relevant sites
- Support audits and ensure accurate, up-to-date record keeping
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance
- Proven experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) (essential)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with effective workload prioritisation
- Confident IT skills and familiarity with quality systems
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams
